1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of getpaidpress.online and any purchase you make from Get Paid Press ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Contact us at info@getpaidpress.online.
2. Products
We sell digital books delivered as DRM-free PDFs. After payment, a download link is sent to the email address on the order. The link remains active for at least 30 days; we'll happily resend it if it expires.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Shopify. Orders are confirmed by email; if payment fails the order is not placed.
4. Refunds & cancellation
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, you expressly waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right at the point of download. If the file is corrupted, the wrong product was delivered, or you couldn't access it, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund in full.
5. Licence & copyright
When you buy a book you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it. You may not resell, redistribute, or share copies. All content remains the copyright of Get Paid Press and its authors.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, infringe rights, or interfere with our services. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the site or other customers.
7. Disclaimer
Our books are educational and reflect the authors' opinions and experience. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice. Decisions you make based on the content are your own.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for that purchase. We don't exclude liability for anything that can't be excluded under UK law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
